We manufacture under an IATF 16949 automotive quality system, alongside ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Premium KALTREO filters use Western filter media from Ahlstrom and Hollingsworth & Vose, and every design is validated in our in-house lab for efficiency (beta ratio), burst pressure and endurance. Certificates are available on request.

Request samples — we recommend validating a small quantity first, especially for injection-critical fuel filters. Quality comes down to the media and the valves: our premium line matches the OE specification (anti-drainback and by-pass valves, micron rating, seal type), and each part is verified against OEM documentation on its product page.

OE-equivalent. Kaltreo is an independent aftermarket manufacturer, not the OEM. Our parts are built to match the original’s specifications and cross-referenced to Fleetguard, Baldwin, Donaldson and OEM numbers for identification only — we never claim to be, or sell, genuine branded parts.

On the premium KALTREO line we use Western media (Ahlstrom, Hollingsworth & Vose) and an IATF 16949 process with in-house lab validation, which costs more than no-name media. For the most price-driven markets we also offer the economy KT-Eco line, so you can pick the tier that fits your customers.

Flexible and distributor-friendly. Fast-moving stock items are available in small quantities; made-to-order or private-label runs carry higher minimums. Send your part list and target quantities and we’ll confirm exact MOQs.

Yes. We encourage sample validation before volume orders — it’s the fastest way to confirm fitment and quality for your market.

Typically 30% deposit with the balance before shipment, by T/T (bank transfer) for volume orders; other methods can be arranged. Terms are confirmed on each quote.

We quote EXW by default and can provide FOB Ningbo/Shanghai or CFR to your destination port, depending on order volume and country.

A manufacturer. We produce our highest-volume filters in-house at our ~14,000 m² plant in Ruian (Wenzhou), Zhejiang, and consolidate adjacent consumables from vetted partner factories — so you get full-line breadth with in-house quality control on the core filters.

Yes — private-label and OEM production is a core service. We produce to your brand, packaging and box design, and can also supply under our own KALTREO (premium) and KT-Eco (economy) brands.

Yes. We supply genset assemblers both domestically and for export, as a component and consumables source for new units.

Stock items ship within a few days; made-to-order and private-label runs are typically 1–3 weeks depending on quantity and packaging. Lead time is confirmed per order.

We forward-stock fast-moving SKUs in a UAE free-zone warehouse to cut lead times for Gulf and East-Africa customers. Most other orders ship directly from China.

By sea (FCL or LCL), air freight, or express courier, depending on volume and urgency, through long-standing freight partners from Ningbo and Shanghai.
