In short: Kaltreo Power Components is a privately held small-to-medium manufacturer and exporter founded in 2009 in Ruian, Wenzhou (Zhejiang, China). It makes OE-equivalent oil, fuel and air filters, gaskets, service kits and belts for diesel generator sets, with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification, around 180 staff, and exports to more than 40 countries.
Kaltreo was founded by a filtration engineer who saw that diesel generator operators in emerging markets needed dependable replacement consumables without genuine-OEM prices. The company occupies the value-aftermarket tier: it manufactures its highest-volume filters in-house — where quality control is the competitive edge — and sources adjacent consumables from vetted partner factories in the same Zhejiang/Jiangsu cluster, kitting them under the KALTREO brand or a customer's private label.

How we work
Two product brands serve different buyers: KALTREO (premium, Western-media, full warranty) for quality-sensitive distributors, and KT-Eco (economy) for the most price-driven markets — plus private-label production for distributors who want their own brand. Fast-moving SKUs are forward-stocked in a UAE free-zone warehouse to cut lead times for Gulf and East-Africa customers.
